Gauge Calibration/ PRV Recertification/ Pressure Testing

We can supply qualified and experienced personnel certified for on-site calibration and recertification services, onshore, offshore, and overseas. We can supply this as part of a planned maintenance system or on an ad-hoc basis.

Calibration services are carried out in accordance with IMCA D018 guidelines.

All calibration work is tested against certified test equipment traceable back to a national standard.

Senior Dive Technicians - Mechanical and Electrical

Saturation, Air and Nitrox dive system repairs carried out by qualified and experienced Dive Technicians providing an efficient, professional, and cost-effective service carried out to the highest standards. Aquanox Technical Solutions will ensure your equipment is always operating in compliance with the latest regulations and industry safety standards.

Technicians can be supplied to attend your work site or Diving Support Vessel onshore, offshore, or overseas.

SLS/COBRA Technicians

Aquanox Technical Solutions can supply qualified and experienced Dive Technicians to work on SLS and COBRA equipment onshore, offshore, and overseas.

Oxygen Cleaning

Aquanox Technical Solutions can provide a clean for oxygen service including hoses, pipework, panels, and cylinders. We can also provide a mobile service utilising our Norstrom Proflush Thermal system which can be mobilised to our customer's worksite or vessel.

Cylinder Inspection & Hydro Testing

Aquanox Technical Solutions can provide 2.5 year visual inspection and 5 year hydrostatic testing of cylinders.

Inspection and testing of cylinders are carried out by an IDEST Technician at an IDEST test centre in accordance with EN1968 for steel cylinders and EN1808 for aluminium cylinders.

We can also supply Technicians to attend your work site or Diving Support Vessel onshore, offshore, or overseas.

Dive System Repair & Refurbishment

Technicians can be supplied to attend your work site or DSV onshore, offshore, or overseas.

Fire Fighting Equipment – Fixed & Portable systems

In association with a leading independent Marine Fire and Safety company, Aquanox Technical Solutions can offer a full range of services for systems and equipment to include design, supply, install, commission and after-sales servicing of all fire-fighting, SCBA, EEBD, medical oxygen equipment. Class approvals with ABS, LR, DNV/GL, BV and CCS for fire equipment and breathing apparatus held.

We can offer calibration of gas detection systems, portable gas detectors and temperature calibrators onshore, offshore, and overseas.

Dive Equipment Servicing – Air/Sat/Nitrox

Technicians can be supplied to attend your work site or DSV onshore, offshore, or overseas, alternatively we can take the equipment to our workshop in Aberdeenshire and return it once completed.

Panel Refurbishment, Design and Build

Aquanox Technical Solutions can supply qualified and experienced Dive Technicians to maintain, service or refurbish Air, Saturation, or Nitrox panels onshore, offshore, and overseas. We also offer a design and build service for IMCA compliant dive panels, test panels and many more.

Fabrication
